WiktionaryZ Licensing

I am interested in the software(Wikidata?) to use relational data with mediawiki. I believe WiktionaryZ uses relational data. Could you please contact me at obasarir@yahoo.com? Thanks.
You can find info at http://wiktionaryz.org. The software that is being developed can be found in a branch of the MediaWiki subversion repository.
